  • Approval Process Once you approve the design and size requirements for your window/door decals, we will proceed with printing. Please review the design proofs and specifications carefully and thoroughly before giving your approval.

    No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges After you have approved the design and size requirements for printing, refunds are not available. The decals are customized based on your specific preferences and cannot be reused or resold to another customer

  • Processing Time Upon receiving your order and payment, we will begin processing your window/door decal. The processing time typically ranges from 2-4 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your order and not including custom design. A custom design will increase your pro time by 4-6 business days

    Shipping Methods We offer standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience. The shipping methods available will be displayed during the checkout process, along with estimated delivery times.

    Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.

    Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
