Please email all design details and references regarding design project to art@pyramidisions.com. Turnaround time will begin once all information, verbiage, design details, etc have been submitted.
Once the logo design process has begun, including but not limited to concept development, revisions, and finalization, no refunds will be issued.
Revisions: Additional revisions will require 4-6 business days to complete. There is a 3 revision limit. After three, there will be an addiitonal $25 charge. Holidays & Weekends are not included in turnaround time.
