  • Please email all design details and references regarding design project to art@pyramidisions.com. Turnaround time will begin once all information, verbiage, design details, etc have been submitted.

    Revisions: Additional revisions will require 4-6 business days to complete. There is a 3 revision limit. After three, there will be an addiitonal $15 charge. Holidays & Weekends are not included in turnaround time.

    No refunds once design proofs have been sent out.

  • Due to the extensiveness of this design service, please know before purchasing that this service is not eligible for a refund. By purchasing and submitting payment,  you have agreed  to this policy.
